Overview
Our Post-Call Survey solution allows businesses to quickly gather customer feedback at the end of a phone call. Built using flexible IVR Data Capture technology, the service provides a simple and effective way to measure customer satisfaction.
This is a standalone service, accessed via a standard UK geographic number. Callers are transferred to the survey by the customer’s agents once the main call has ended. Businesses may also wish to add a brief note in their own phone system’s call greeting to advise callers that they may be invited to take part in a short survey.
How the Survey Works
We recommend a three-question survey, each answered using a 1–5 rating scale. An example script is available, and a demo version of the service can be tried by calling: 0330 094 9121
The process is quick, user-friendly, and suitable for low to high call volumes.
Management Portal & Reporting
Customers have access to an online portal where they can:
- View individual survey call statistics
- Mark surveys as complete (a quick step required before exporting data)
- Export survey data as a CSV file
To calculate a Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) for a specific period, the exported file requires only minimal editing, typically totalling ratings and tidying the layout. An example completed file is provided to illustrate the process.

If preferred, Teleproject UK can perform the export and CSAT preparation on the customer’s behalf for £30 per request.
Commercial Model
- One Off Setup Fee
- Monthly Rental
- 2p per minute call handling charge.
Contract & Billing
The contract term is 12 months. The service can be cancelled at any time, with a cease fee equal to one month’s rental plus the remaining contract balance if cancelled within the initial term. Payment by direct debit is required.
