How to Use Pause & Resume (Call Recording feature)
Record Always with Pause/Resume
To pause the call recording using a Yealink device, follow these steps:
- Push the Hold key on your Device.
- For cordless handset only: Once the call is on hold, select Line then Dial.
- Enter *48 into your handset followed by the dial key. You will then hear: ‘Your Voice Recording has been paused successfully’.
- Push the Resume key on your Device to carry on with the call.
To resume recording of the call:
- Push the Hold key on your Device.
- For cordless handset only: Once the call is on hold, select Line then Dial.
- Enter *49 into your handset followed by the dial key. You will then hear: ‘Your Voice Recording has been resumed successfully’.
- Push the Resume key on your Device to carry on with the call.
