Data Capture & Transcription: Creating Export Form

Creating Export Form

Log into your Active Inbound Account, select Data Capture and Transcription, and then select Export.

Select the campaign from the drop down and select Configure.

Click on the field and select insert.

The fields need to loaded in this order:

  1. id
  2. calldate
  3. ddi
  4. cli
  5. Title
  6. First Name
  7. Last Name
  8. building_combo
  9. throughfare_combo
  10. locality_combo
  11. town
  12. postcode
  13. Contact Number
  14. Email Address
  15. Upgrade Decision
  16. Mailcode
  17. Quantity
  18. Comments

The Export Template Setup will now look like this:
