Teleproject UK is proud to offer a simple and effective Text Alert Service for rugby clubs across the UK. Inspired by our own success with Wadebridge Camels RFC (regional 2 south west), this service helps you stay connected with your supporters throughout the season – with fixtures, results, and event reminders sent straight to their phones.
The Text Alert Service is not intended to replace social media – it simply ensures that key updates reach supporters directly, even if they miss a post online.
🏉 How It Works
- Clubs pay just £95 + VAT per year
This includes an allocation of 500 SMS credits to get you started each season. - Supporters register for just £10 (inc. VAT) per season
They’ll receive matchday updates and club announcements from you for the full 9-month rugby season. - For every supporter that registers, we add 100 SMS credits to your account – enough to cover your club sending the supporter two messages per week throught a nine month season, with some left over for bonus messages.
- Clubs are given full access to our easy-to-use portal to manage contacts and send messages whenever they like.
- Text Messages arrive on supporters mobile with your club name or nickname as the orginator. (limited to 11 characters)
