Blocking Callers to Your Virtual Number Service
Active Inbound from Teleproject UK has the ability to bar specified inbound calls
RNP Services
To bar calls into your standard RNP Services (One-2-Many, One-2-Group, Virtual Reception etc) select RNP Common Settings from the Call Handling Menu.
Then Select Barred Numbers
Then add the number you wish to bar.
Then click Add Number
The Bar can be applied a particular number which you can select from the drop down list adjacent to Number; or can be applied to all numbers in your Account.
Click Add Number to apply the bar.
If you have a Master Account with less than 50 sub accounts, you can apply the bar to every Sub Account by clicking Duplicate to All Accounts.
If you have over 50 sub accounts, you will need to apply the call bar to each relevant Sub Account.
To remove a bar click search and click Remove next to the number you wish to remove.
Number Translation Services and other new services
To Bar numbers on the New NTS and Data capture services select Global Settings from the Call Handling Menu.
Then select Barred Callers
Then select Add New
And then enter the number you wish to bar
Click Save
To remove a bar Select search and then select Delete next to the number you wish to remove.
