Transcribing Data
This document will demonstrate how to transcribe data.
Log into your Active Inbound Account and select Data Capture and Transcription.

Then select Transcribe

Find a campaign where there are records queued and select View

Then Select View All Next to the Report Status containing New Call Record

You can now input into the form

Click Playback and listen to the Recording and enter the details.
Once you enter the Postcode press Search and select the correct address from the drop down.
If the address doesn't appear in the drop down list, enter it manually.
For the Mailcode, select the dialled number from the drop down list.
Select the Upgrade Decision from the drop down list.
Then select the status from the drop down.
Select Submit to save the record, or select Cancel
