Call Monitoring

Users with the correct privilege can listen to live calls from the Call Monitoring card:

A filterable list of agents will be shown with users on calls. Callers that have a green monitor button are available for you to listen to. Clicking the button will dial your softphone to listen in to the ongoing call.

Call monitoring settings can be set individually in the Destination Manager.
