Working Hours (VN)

Active Inbound from Teleproject UK has a feature for configuring Working hours for each service in order to determine when callers should be routed through to your destinations. If calls arrive outside any such hours, they will be redirected to Voicemail settings.

The current working hours of the service are displayed on the ‘Configure Service’ page.

Press Configure to alter the current working hours or to add and remove days.
