Match Type:
Starts With Word
Matches the first whole word of the message ignoring case
Entire Message
Matches the whole contents of the message ignoring case and spaces at the start/end
Contains Word
Matches a whole word contained in the message ignoring case
Action Type:
Auto Complete
Send the message back to the customer
Send to Operator
The message will get stored in Pending Messages for an operator to process
Keywords
Add your keywords for the service to track
Response Text
The response message if a message contains one of the keywords
